🧭 A journey through time

If you had to sum up these 10years in one word, what would it be?‍

Community.

On your first day at agap2IT, what was your first impression of the company?‍

On the first day I played table football, PlayStation and even got invited to drink água-pé. Conclusion: it wasn’t a normal consultancy — it was a theme park for adults.

And what has changed since then?‍

The logo changed, the headquarters changed, the projects changed — but the good humour and team spirit are still exactly the same!

🤝 Culture and connections

Do you have any funny or unusual stories involving agap2IT?‍

At an agap2IT anniversary dinner, many years ago, I met a guy from Bahia who didn’t know how to dance axé (music from Bahia). It’s a cultural trauma I still carry today.

What makes you truly feel part of this home?

‍I can have the most ridiculous ideas and there’s always someone willing to listen… and worse, someone who thinks it might actually work.

If you could give one piece of advice to your “ten-years-ago self”, what would it be?‍

Buy bitcoins, believe in remote work and never underestimate the power of a good coffee.

What have you learn there that you’ll take with you for life — personally or professionally?‍

I take the knowledge from the training sessions and the friendships built through the social gatherings.

Seriously, ten years? Haven’t they realised yet that it’s a Chinese guy working in my place?
