🧭 Time Travel
If you had to summarize these 10 years in one expression, what would it be?
A roller coaster.
On your first day at agap2IT, what was your first impression of the company?
On my first day, when I walked into the open space, some of the managers had Nerf guns while the rest were working with deep focus. I realized right then that I was in the right place to build a career.
What has changed since then?
The company has grown a lot, but I think the friendliness and the relaxed office atmosphere remain the same.
🤝 Culture and Connections
Do you have any curious stories from your time with agap2IT?
On my first day, as I entered the office, I saw they had handed out Nerf guns and small rugby balls to the employees. There was a light and cheerful atmosphere where people in suits and ties were playing with these objects, which was a surprise to me. It was my first job and I expected a formal, unsmiling environment; however, luckily, that’s not what I found.
What makes you truly feel part of this "house"?
Even though I don't go to the office often and don't have frequent contact with managers or other colleagues, whenever I visit or talk to someone, I feel like I belong. It's as if there’s daily contact with straightforward conversation and no unnecessary formalisms. That is very rewarding.
💡 Thoughts and Lessons
If you could give a piece of advice to your 10-years-ago self, what would it be?
Take the chance to risk and grow before starting a family; it gets much harder afterwards.
What have you learned here that you will take with you for life?
If you don't fight for what you want, you won't get anywhere.
💬 Inspiring Others
In one sentence: what does reaching 10 years at agap2IT mean to you?
It means that the company has always lived up to my expectations.
How do you imagine your next chapter at agap2IT?
May more interesting and challenging projects come my way.
Would you like to leave a message for those who are just starting out?
Take risks! You are at the best stage of your life to face challenges and look for the project that truly motivates you.
