🧭 Time Travel

If you had to summarize these 10 years in one word, what would it be?
Commitment.

On your first day at agap2IT, what was your first impression of the company?
I noticed that the location and the communication were very informal. I spent some time without the key to open the door and access the workplace.

And what has changed since then?
I got 10 years older, so that value was added to my age. Maturity and resilience were the characteristics that improved the most during this time. Of course, there is always room for fine-tuning, as challenges are also constantly arising.

🤝 Culture and Connections

Do you have any funny or unusual story from your time at agap2IT?
I once traveled about 480km for a scheduled meeting with a client that ended up not happening. I went to the wrong address for the company anniversary dinner. I went to the Siemens company dinner, which took place in Monsanto. A scheduled meeting with my manager that was cancelled after a trip on a stormy day.

What makes you truly feel part of this home?
Whenever I needed something, some help, I got a positive response.

💡 Thoughts and Learnings

If you could give one piece of advice to your 10-year-ago self, what would it be?
Be calmer, think for a while longer, and then act. Reflect on a situation and evaluate it. Then, transmit a conclusion to your superior.

What did you learn here that you will carry with you for life - both personally and professionally?
‍To have more patience. I don't always get what I want for my plan/goal. In an organization, other people have their own plans, timelines, and priorities.

💬 To Inspire Others

In one sentence: what does completing 10 years at agap2IT mean to you?
I am satisfied. I didn't expect to stay at agap2IT for 10 years because I am in a high turnover area. I would say that 1 year in consulting is a long time. It means stability, maybe luck with the project.

How do you imagine your next chapter at agap2IT?
I want to continue to evolve personally and professionally. Having goals, ambition is good.

Invest in training; that brings you a lot of knowledge and security when facing adversities that may occur.
