If you had to sum up these 10 years in one word, what would it be?
Learning.

On your first day at agap2IT, what was your first impression of the company?
I thought it was a consulting company, with both the positive and negative connotations that the term commonly carries.

What has changed since then?
My perspective is naturally shaped by the reality I became part of, namely the project delivery unit. My impression is that, despite its consulting roots, the company genuinely seeks to understand what its people value and to create the conditions that allow them to balance work with those values.

What makes you truly feel part of this company?
The fact that there is openness in communication with everyone, or at least most people across the organization, and that I feel my opinions are heard.

If you could give advice to your younger self from 10 years ago, what would it be?
We only truly learn by going through challenges and making mistakes. Communication is essential for achieving goals and understanding the people around us.

What have you learned here that you will carry with you for life?
Communication is one of the most powerful skills we can have.

A milestone of growth that I hope will also mark the beginning of a new chapter.

How do you imagine your next chapter at agap2IT?
With challenges that push me to evolve, while maintaining the balance needed to ensure that life outside work does not fall behind.
