🧭 Time Travel

If you had to summarise these 10 years in one word, what would it be?
Family.

On your first day at agap2IT, what was your first impression of the company?
‍The first impression was of a company with a family spirit, with a collaborative and mutually supportive environment among people.

And what has changed since then?
Since then, agap2IT has followed the evolution of the world and technology, growing and evolving — and all of us have grown with it too. Today, it remains at the forefront, without ever losing the culture that characterises it.

🤝 Culture and Connections

Do you have any funny or unusual story involving agap2IT?
‍I joined agap2IT with an internship contract and, in the old office, we had some 'Nerfs'. One of those days, I accidentally hit the then CEO, Jorge Batista, with one of those foam darts. As a 'punishment', he ended up offering me the definitive contract.

What truly makes you feel part of this home?
‍Feeling that my ideas are heard and taken into account. Knowing that no matter how dedicated the topic may be, they do what they can to help.

If you could give one piece of advice to your 10-year-ago self, what would it be?
‍I would tell him to be calm, patient and not to be afraid to ask for help when facing difficulties.

What have you learned here that you will take with you for life - be it on a personal or professional level?
‍I learned that every mistake is a stepping stone to growth that leads to new opportunities.

Resilience. Looking back and seeing all the challenges overcome and having been able to count on the support of colleagues.
