Block.One Highlights the Relevance of the BlockBase Platform

Developed by agap2IT’s Labs division, BlockBase leverages blockchain technology for data provisioning as an alternative to traditional information security systems. The platform is attracting both national and international attention in response to the growing challenges posed by online misinformation, fake news, fake profiles, misleading statistics, specially generated images, and the increasing number of data breaches involving theft, sale, fabrication, tampering, or even destruction.

The growing interest in the platform is evidenced by an international article published by Block.One, the company responsible for developing the EOSIO ecosystem on which BlockBase is built. Nationally, the product was featured on TSF’s Negócios em Português programme and on the Portugal2020 portal, an EU-backed initiative that supports the project.
