1. What is the role of a Project Manager in ensuring a project's success?

Creating alignment between people, objectives, and priorities, anticipating risks, and ensuring the team has the right conditions to turn plans into results.

2. What was the most unexpected situation you have had to manage in a project?

Just as a flight can encounter unexpected turbulence, projects can also face sudden changes in direction. One of the most challenging situations I managed involved a significant shift in priorities while the project was already underway. This required recalibrating the plan, quickly aligning stakeholders, and keeping the team focused to ensure we reached our destination safely.
