Context and Goal

Bene Pharmaceuticals identified the need to modernise the management of Artwork change request processes for its products, which had previously been handled in a decentralised way and heavily reliant on email exchanges.
The goal was to create an integrated digital platform to ensure greater efficiency, traceability, and structured communication throughout the process.

Challenges

• Excessive reliance on email communications.
• Lack of a centralised and up-to-date record of change requests.
• Need to improve coordination between teams and reduce communication errors.
• Requirement to maintain an electronic archive for audit and compliance purposes.

Solution‍

In approximately 1,440 hours of implementation, the DXspark team developed the web application BENE Artwork Manager, which:

• Records and archives all Change Requests in a centralised system.
• Replaces fragmented communication with a structured digital workflow.
• Sends automatic notifications and alerts via email.
• Provides up-to-date information accessible on a single platform.
