Context and Goal

CA Seguros, in partnership with Crédito Agrícola, aimed to provide its clients with a comprehensive mobile application to simplify policy management, improve communication, and strengthen connections with its partner and service provider network.


Challenges

  • Building a unified platform that integrates information, support, and digital services.
  • Delivering a user-friendly and secure experience for different client profiles.
  • Seamlessly integrating multiple services (geolocation, assistance, notifications, quoting and policy issuance).


Solution

With over 2,153 hours of analysis and implementation, the agap2IT team developed a mobile application using Xamarin, integrated with Firebase and Azure Notifications Hub, offering a wide range of features:

  • Profile and Digital Cards: user registration, information, and digital access to CA Seguros cards.
  • Near Me: Google Maps geolocation to find agencies, partners, and service providers.
  • Policy Management: quick access to information and documents.
  • Push Notifications: reminders, such as upcoming vehicle inspection dates.
  • Request Assistance: integration with assistance services (Automobile, Health, Home).
  • Claims: submission of claims with supporting photos and documents.
  • Quoting and Underwriting: real-time quotations and issuance of simple insurance policies.
