To fulfill this purpose, it adopts an integrated Management Systems as an organizational strategy, ensuring work-life balance for it is employees, maintaining the quality of its services, fostering environmental sustainability, and promoting an increasingly innovative culture.

For practical implementation, Senior Management defines a Management Policy guided by the following principles:

• Continuously enhance the R&D&I culture, creating the conditions for the development of new knowledge and skills within the company;

• Promote a culture of creativity, openness to change, and innovation that fosters the generation of ideas and opportunities;
• Consolidate its visibility and recognition in the market as an innovative company with distinctive capabilities;
• Define and ensure the effective implementation of the R&D&I Strategy, aligned with its Culture, Purpose, and the value it aims to achieve;
• Identify and meet customer needs and expectations by providing an excellent service and fostering value creation;
• Establish sustainable collaborative relationships that encourage knowledge sharing and access to intellectual assets for innovation, development, and business growth, thus enhancing new opportunities;
  Comply with the organization’s Principles and Values;
• Encourage initiatives that promote employee well-being;
• Ensure effective conditions for cultural change towards work-life balance, embracing a long-term collective commitment;
• Maintain transparency of mutual respect in stakeholder relationships, adhering to ethical principles and
  professional confidentiality;
• Commit to providing the necessary resources, infrastructure, methods and tools to support the company’s operations;
• Manage environmental risk by focusing on reducing carbon emissions, using natural resources efficiently, and implementing effective waste management;
• Adopt best environmental practices, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for environmental protection, including pollution prevention;
• Continuously improve management systems through a systemic and interactive approach, enhancing service effectiveness and quality, fostering innovation, optimizing processes, and increasing sector competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and loyalty;
• Promote human capacity, communication, motivation and teamwork, through awareness, training, and shared responsibility among all employees;
• Engage employees in environmental protection efforts, encouraging them to take responsibility for continuous improvement;
• Manage the Risks and Opportunities related to the organization's context that may impact goal achievement;
• Maintain the implemented management systems (SGQ, SGC and SGIDI) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, NP 4552 and NP 4457 ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and contractual obligations.
