RDI Strategy

In agap2IT, innovation happens when there is a transformation in the way of doing things as a result of something different and better, greater efficiency and/or effectiveness. We like to imagine the word Innovation as an “Action” that has been transformed through innovation leading to a positive change in the system or the ecosystem itself.

According to our Purpose, agap2IT sees technology as an integral part of its system, using it to empower its Human Capital and optimize internal knowledge on emerging issues. It embraces a strong commitment to be recognized as a transformative company with the intention of identifying new ideas, developing innovative initiatives that result in the realization of organizational value and the surrounding community, namely stakeholders.

Agap2IT
began its innovation strategy in 2013 with the creation of a department dedicated to this purpose that currently works in collaboration with the entire organizational group. In 2020, it invested in implementing the Research, Development and Innovation Management System, which has allowed us to manage its actions more effectively and efficiently, which are now planned, organized, and monitored and always with a view to continuous improvement. Currently, a more structured alignment of its actions has been established, in order to demonstrate the commitment and responsibility that our organization has towards fulfilling the established innovation objectives, whose alignment unfolds in the following strategic axes:

Agap2IT sees innovation as something that must be materialized in a way that fosters rapprochement between science and society by awakening the market and teams to the importance that scientific advancement has for the future.

Our strategy will be based mainly on training human capital with technical profiles, whether they are young people at different stages of their academic trajectory, employees who want to change the direction of their careers, or employees whose project has ended and are awaiting a new assignment. We aim to take knowledge transfer and workforce development even further, we intend to support our employees, protect internal knowledge, invest in creativity, explore and address emerging themes within the scientific community, namely in the scope of certification, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Analysis and Code Generation, as well as, develop competitiveness-enhancing and distinctive innovation initiatives to be valued and approved within the scope of R&D applications.

We intend to continue investing in the discovery of new opportunities to explore, in innovation initiatives that respond to the needs of the system, as well as continuing to invest in contact with universities to support the development of final course projects and welcome possible partnerships that promote the competitiveness of the sector and continuous improvement both operational and broad.
